 his is a 15 minute appointment that includes: \n\nMarkers of health such a
 s Blood Pressure\, Blood Glucose\, and Cholesterol measurement.  You will 
 also experience an In-Body Scan.  This is a device you stand on for 60 sec
 onds\, and hold on\, wearing no shoes and socks\, to measure body composit
 ion values\, such as body fat percentage\, muscle mass\, hydration and met
 abolism. \n\n \n\nDuring the virtual follow up with the Registered Dietiti
 an\, you will review your results\, answer your questions\, and provide fe
 edback unique to you and your goals.  \n\n \n\nWhy a Well-Check? \n\n \n\n
 Employees who participate in a Well-check for the 1st time and follow thro
 ugh the Registered Dietitian Visit will receive a $25 incentive gift card 
 to Hannaford's.    \n\nThese appointments are free for employees using BCB
 S insurance billed as preventative visits\, dietitian visits\, and in part
 nership with Employee Wellness funding.
