The EDGE Preventative Health team will be onsite at our Employee Benefits and Wellness Fair to provide a Well-Check.

Book your in-person visit for 10/13 and choose a time slot for your virtual follow with a registered dietitian of the EDGE.

This is a 15 minute appointment that includes: 

Markers of health such as Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, and Cholesterol measurement.  You will also experience an In-Body Scan.  This is a device you stand on for 60 seconds, and hold on, wearing no shoes and socks, to measure body composition values, such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration and metabolism. 

During the virtual follow up with the Registered Dietitian, you will review your results, answer your questions, and provide feedback unique to you and your goals.  

Why a Well-Check? 

Employees who participate in a Well-Check for the 1st time and follow through the Registered Dietitian Visit will receive a $25 incentive gift card to Hannaford's.    

These appointments are free for employees using BCBS insurance billed as preventative visits, dietitian visits, and in partnership with Employee Wellness funding.
