TRX Yoga + HIIT is a high-energy fusion of Power Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and TRX Suspension Training, designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility while improving alignment, mobility, and stability.

This class alternates between flowing yoga sequences, strength-focused TRX movements, and heart-pumping HIIT intervals to maximize your workout. The TRX Suspension Trainer enhances your range of motion, challenges your core, and deepens each stretch, while HIIT boosts cardiovascular fitness and calorie burn.
