In an extraordinary tour de force, this Lyonnaise baroque orchestra featuring the passionate Italian soprano Roberta Mameli perform The Ghosts of Hamlet, an original operatic project based on recently discovered fragments of Hamlet libretti. Using previously unpublished music by Scarlatti, Gasparini, Carcani and Vignati, the work is a very different, female-centric version of Hamlet.
