What should you do when you suspect a student used AI on an assignment?
About this Event
Virtual Event
Wondering what to do when you suspect a student is using AI? It’s not easy to start a conversation about potential academic integrity violations—but this workshop will help you prepare to guide your students with respect and attention. Deanna Garrett-Ostermiller, assistant director of the Center for Student Conduct, joins us to discuss strategies for talking with students when you think something’s gone awry, syllabus language, and university policies.
This event will be held online via Teams. Registration required. If you encounter any issues doing so, check that you are using your @uvm.edu address, or contact WID at wid@uvm.edu for assistance.
