Busy college students can find it difficult to take breaks and prioritize lunch.  Taking a break to re-fuel can be even more challenging for students recovering from eating disorders or disordered eating. If you can relate, join UVM's supportive lunch space to enjoy your meal in a recovery-focused community.

Lunches are led by Mollie Gribbin, CMPC, and Amy Sercel, RD.  We’ll begin with a brief check-in where you’ll also have the chance to set an intention for your meal.  Meals may also include conversation, games, trivia, jokes, and music.

The group is intended to provide a save space for those in recovery from eating disorders/disordered eating, and as such diet talk will not be permitted.  We ask each participant to bring a full meal for yourself, which includes a source of foods from each food group.

Drop-ins are welcome! If you have any questions, please email Amy at asercel@uvm.edu or Mollie atmollie.gribbin@uvm.edu
