Health and Wellness Coaching for Faculty & Staff

The transition from spring to summer often comes with increased expectations—to create more time, feel more motivated, and make the most of longer days and increased energy. At the same time, many of us are carrying fatigue from the academic year and may feel unsure how to realistically prepare for what’s ahead.
The Summer Shift Coaching Series is a short‑term, individual Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching offering designed to support UVM employees during this period of transition. Through four one‑on‑one coaching sessions, participants are supported to pause, reflect, and gain clarity on their wellness goals, while preparing in practical and sustainable ways to support their summer plans. Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching is free to all full time UVM Employees.
This series provides support to:

Clarify personal wellness goals and priorities

Reduce stress and mental overload

Strengthen supportive habits related to rest, movement, and nourishment

Prepare intentionally to make the most of time and energy in the months ahead
How it works:

4 individual coaching sessions of 30-45 minutes each

Weekly or Bi-weekly
-
Available online Mon, Tues, Fri
-
In-person on Thursdays at UVM Osher Center for Integrative Health
