As we settle in to a new academic year Staff Council and HR Talent Development are happy to co-sponsor bringing Porter Knight from Productivity Vermont to present on a pair of topics that will help our UVM employees stay organized and focused throughout the coming year.  Sign up for one or both sessions.  Each session is offered in both a remote and in-person setting, details on the first event are below:

Mental Focus in the Workplace

How does your brain work? How do you prepare it to function well? In this session we’ll explore ways to train your brain to focus and develop skills to cope when things go wrong. These strategies will help you improve and protect your mental focus so you can keep your brain in the game even when you’re overwhelmed and feeling stress. You’ll leave with practical skills you can put to use immediately.
