Hell, I'm tired of watching people dance around the question “should I even become a Coach?” The most important job I have as a Coach today is to be a sounding board for folks who make coaching a part of their life whether as either a full time profession or a part-time side-hustle, or are thinking about becoming a Coach.

I created my dream job by becoming a Mentor Coach. But it didn't happen overnight. There was sweat, tears, fear, and tremendous effort put forth. (And that was just yesterday.) But the 20+ years of professional development experience in sales growth and strategy, supporting employees, clients, and customers in making sustainable choices and navigating change in their companies, professional careers and personal lives, and testing the boundaries of what is possible every day, helped me get to where I am today.
