Tu Rinsche is a values-driven leader with two decades of experience helping global organizations and brands innovate for impact, scale for growth, and navigate complex compliance landscapes. With expertise spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she specializes in social sustainability and human rights due diligence.

Tu has held leadership roles at Disney, Marriott, HP, and Starbucks, where she developed and led human rights strategy, governance, policy, and compliance programs. As an independent consultant, she has advised organizations on risk management, impact strategy, supply chain responsibility, and external affairs. Previously, she advanced democracy and human rights policies and programs on behalf of the U.S. State Department. Her career began in the U.S. Peace Corps in Mauritania, supporting W.A.S.H. initiatives.

A recognized thought leader, Tu's insights have been featured in The New York Times, Teen Vogue, Fast Company, Forbes, Refinery29, and Just Style. In 2019, she received the Nomi Network Corporate Social Responsibility Award for her dedication to advancing human rights. She has also served on the boards of Verité and Summer Search.
