She’s not here to sugarcoat the coaching industry—she knows the struggles, the doubts, and the challenges that come with the profession. With a background in sales strategy, leadership development, and organizational change, she’s built a career on supporting professionals in making sustainable choices and achieving real results. Whether working with new or seasoned coaches, Amy’s mission is clear: to be the sounding board, strategist, and mentor that helps others turn coaching into a thriving career. Splitting her time between Washington, D.C., and Vermont, she works with clients across the globe.
