In this four-week online, introductory class, learn the basics of yoga, including the physical practice (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Required equipment: Yoga or exercise mat. Yoga blocks are encouraged. This session will be recorded. Classes are Wednesdays, October 2, 9, 16, 23 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
