The UVM Extension Maple Syrup Quality Testing Lab is excited to invite all maple syrup producers to an open house event! Visitors will have the opportunity to tour our new maple syrup quality lab and participate in a Q&A session with Program Supervisor Mark Isselhardt and Quality Specialist Joanna Haas.
