Do you like fish? Want to learn about invasive species in Vermont?
You’re invited to join the University of Vermont's Rubenstein School as upper-level undergraduate students lead a hike, chat, and chew to explore Japanese Knotweed in the Jericho Research Forest. Learn from students and keynote speakers Jessica Wikle of UVM and Dave Barch of Trout Unlimited about the impacts of Japanese knotweed on trout populations, streambank health, and management strategies. Enjoy a short hike and fresh, wood-fired pizza!
