About Chef Darren Edwards
This year, UVM is thrilled to welcome Chef Darren Edwards from the United Kingdom. A classically trained chef with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Darren has worked in both small boutique hotels and prestigious high-end establishments—even serving as a sous chef at Buckingham Palace. Currently, he holds the title of Executive Chef at Wellington College in Berkshire, one of the UK’s leading boarding and day schools. His culinary philosophy? “Make a child smile.” With his innovative approach to menu development and deep passion for student dining experiences, Chef Darren brings an exciting and flavorful perspective to UVM.
