Drawing from personal narratives and cutting-edge research, Dr. Wallace highlights the powerful assets first-generation students bring to our campuses, even in the face of systemic barriers. This keynote seeks to empower first-gen students to recognize their strengths while equipping faculty and staff with practical strategies to better support, affirm, and champion first-generation success.
