Come wander The Soda Plant on Pine Street and experience Vermont fermentation! We'll have a great representation of fermented products from around Vermont, a starter swap, live music, crafts, and a sourdough panel. The UVM Fermentation Club will be tabling and sharing what they do at UVM as well!
