Information:

UVM Employee Wellness is sponsoring 25 teams of 3 to participate in this fun tradition of an in-person 5k walk or run!    
  
We hope this event may create an opportunity for you to connect and enjoy the company of your colleagues while focusing on your health and wellbeing!    
  
To be entered in this event please fill out this form, the first 20 teams will be paid for by UVM Employee Wellness, including an event t-shirt.  UVM Employee Wellness will register you and your team with the information provided in this form, all fields are required. A race waiver form will be ready for you to sign and required, directions for access to the online registration system and waiver will be shared prior to the race. 
  
Teams of 3 are required for ranking results - teams can be in-person Walking or in-person Running.  If you do not have a team of 3, please fill out this form as best you can, and the Employee Wellness coordinator will try to match teammates!   

Please have each participant on your team complete this form. 

Do not register with the race site, Employee Wellness will enter your registration & pay - you will then be asked to compelte the waiver when emailed.  
 
New race day UVM participant shirts will be provided!  Green and Gold, Rally Cat, and any other UVM logo attire is encouraged for this event as well.   

Once the 25 funded teams are complete, additional teams are encouraged and you will be contacted to register and make payment.  Virtual participation is an option, however, will only be funded by UVM Employee Wellness after all inperson teams are full.
