  in partnership with Talent Development and CESS offers a series of webina
 rs and in-person skill sessions to support your mental health.  You can ex
 pect to learn and be engaged in subjects that affect all our lives\, at ho
 me\, and in the workplace. \n\nEmployees are welcome to sign up and join i
 ndividually\, or you are invited to sign up as a department or sub-culture
  and continue the conversation about mental health during your workday.   
 \n\nSupervisors and employees of all levels are welcome to engage.  \n\nFa
 cilitated by UVM Mental Health Counseling graduate students\, Aisha Muktar
  and Hamdan Ali Khan. \n\nAisha is a graduate counselling student with a m
 ultinational and multicultural perspective on mental health. She's trained
  in cognitive behavior therapy and wants to help people understand themsel
 ves better. \n\nHamdan is a graduate counselling student with a wealth of 
 experience in healthcare and trauma management. He is especially intereste
 d in creating awareness around mental health so people can take action for
