Living Well Studio, Davis Center

#SVAM

This 90-minute workshop with Molly Boeder Harris ('99) combines practices to support nervous system regulation including sound, self-touch, movement, and yoga, as well as writing and/or drawing prompts focused on the themes of resilience, embodiment, and the relationship between self and community care. These practices will be delivered from a trauma-informed lens that centers and valorizes participant wisdom, empowerment, agency, and choice.

Verbal expression is not required in this space and personalizing the experience to tend to your needs, comfort, and preferences is encouraged. This workshop is geared towards anyone who identifies as a survivor of violence although participation does not require nor equal disclosure. This is an all-genders inclusive space and all-levels of experience with self-care practices.

Molly Boeder Harris is a UVM alum and the Founder and Executive Director of The Breathe Network, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a trauma-informed experienced yoga teacher and trainer.
