 tunities for small and medium-sized food businesses across the state. At U
 VM\, with your support\, we aim to have 25% of our menu sourced locally by
  2030. Last year alone\, we proudly worked with over 90 Vermont farmers an
 d producers to bring local food to UVM's campus.\n\nA Local's Guide to UVM
  Dining\nEat Like a local from morning to night on campus with these sugge
 stion menu options:  \n\nBreakfast: Start your day with Larson Farm (Wells
 \, VT) yogurt topped with pure maple syrup from UVM's Proctor Maple Resear
 ch Center (Burlington\, VT). We exclusively use this local maple syrup in
