Needing extra support? Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just blah — and ready to make a change? Stop by for an informal, 15-minute chat with Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Micaela Young! In this Discovery Session, you’ll learn more about health coaching and see if it’s right for you.

- Eating and moving to support your health

Health coaching isn’t about telling you what to do, and it’s not a substitute for mental health counseling. Instead, it’s an empowering way to explore what’s working in your lifestyle, what’s not, and kickstart goals that fit your values, needs, and wants.
