Join us for this inspiring occasion as we welcome our new students to campus and usher in the new academic year by convening the UVM community for our Convocation ceremony on the Davis Center Green and Andrew Harris Commons.

Faculty and staff who wish to attend are invited to join us for this celebratory occasion. Academic regalia is not necessary.

Following the ceremony, we will walk in procession as a community to the University Green for the Class of 2030 Twilight Induction.

These events will be held outdoors rain or shine this year. If severe weather is expected, the weather forecast will be assessed and updates will be available on the Convocation web page.
