(Note the Champlain Valley Exposition Center grounds (outdoors) will be open to College of Arts and Sciences Ceremony 2 attendees at 3:30 pm (2 hours before the ceremony start time), however the doors to Expo South (indoor ceremony location) will not be open until 4:45 pm)
