The UVM Climate Kitchen Initiative is excited to collaborate with UVM Dining to present a series of special menus at Waterman Manor from April 28 to May 1. Join us on April 28 for a unique opportunity to meet members of Climate Kitchen and UVM Dining, who will share insights into their work and vision.

Climate Kitchen menu options will be available à la carte or as a three-course prix fixe meal. Enjoy locally sourced, low waste, plant-forward dishes, designed to support a more resilient, sustainable food system. Lunch will be served from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM daily.
