The event to brie at - Cheese and Dairy Fest returns!

 

Join us on Friday, February 21 from 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Davis Central Atrium (1st floor) for a FREE Dairy Fest Tasting. Stop by to meet legend-dairy local vendors and enjoy samples of cheese, milk, yogurt, and ice cream!  Be sure to stop by the UVM Dining table to enter to win one of three dairy-themed raffle baskets.

February’s Harvest of the Month is Cheese ! From local cheese and yogurt to rich, creamy ice cream, Vermont’s dairy farmers work hard to nourish our community and sustain our state’s beautiful pastures.

Cheese isn’t just delicious—it’s a great source of protein and calcium! Lactose intolerant? No worries—aged cheeses like cheddar contain little to no lactose, so you can still enjoy.
