Epic Wellness Massage Therapist will be onsite with a chair massage to treat you to 20-minutes of relaxation, stress managment, and tension release. 

• Book directly with Epic Wellness, select the Location - Allen House
• You will need to make an account with Epic Wellness
• Choose your 20 minute time slot! 
• Put it in your calendar so you don't forget - and show up early!
• Allen House is open to all, enter from the front steps or rear entrance ramp, room is on 1st floor room 104

Epic Wellness is on campus once a week offering Chiropractice Care to employees in 4 locations

• Chiropractice Care accpets insurance, and with BCBSVT UVM Insurance there is a $20/copay and and FSA account can be used
• Alternating Tuesdays in Stafford Hall in the morning, and Osher Center for Integrative Health in the afternoon
• Alternating Thursdays in Waterman in the monrings, and Davis Center 4th floor in the afternoons
