On 12/6/24 the end of year incentive raffle winners will be notified based on Getting Started, Health Assesment, & Points Earned.  If you started between June 1 and now you are eligible for the get started prize and Point Level prizes, be sure to take the Health Assessment!!

All who started anytime after January 1, 2024 are eligible for the Point Level prizes!
