Come on out and try Balfolk! No experience required; all dances will be taught by the lovely Mary Wesley. Balfolk is a mixture of folk dances from across western Europe, but primarily France. You will learn the basics of bouree, schottische, polska, and more... Co-hosted by the French and Italian department with UVM Contra, we are excited to present a new opportunity to dance here at UVM! The dance will be held on February 8th in Mann Hall from 6:45 pm to 9 pm. Suggested donation is $5-$15, but nobody is turned away due to lack of funds. Hope to see you there!
