Active Threat Response - ALICE Workshop - This interactive workshop introduces participants to ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate), a proactive approach to responding during violent critical incidents and active threat situations. Through discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants learn strategies that can help them make informed decisions under stress, improve personal and group safety, and respond more effectively during emergencies. Sessions are offered as 2-hour in-person trainings and include opportunities to practice concepts related to lockdown, evacuation, communication, and movement. (In-Person ONLY - 2 hrs.)
