Come through to UVM Dining’s 2nd Annual Catamount Culinary Showcase and be part of the flavor, fun, and campus pride. This isn’t just another dinner—it’s your chance to try small plates created by fellow UVM students who teamed up with our campus chefs to bring their original recipes to life. You’ll sample dishes that celebrate different cultures, personal stories, and creative cooking—then vote for your favorite! Top teams get bragging rights, catering credits, and might even have their recipes featured in UVM dining locations.

- Rice Spice with Chef Dan serving Pork and Chive Gyoza with Caramel Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Boba
- Cooking with Cash and Chef Charles servingt Chicken Kebab
- Hye Voltage with Chef Chad serving Kunefe
Additional Stations include: Mocktails, Waffle Cabin, Vermont Cookie Love's Catamount Cookie made into an ice cream sandwich and more!
🏆 Grand Prize: $250 in catering credits for first place ($200 for second, $150 for third) + more surprises!
