All participants will start at Blackrose Morgan Farm, 906 Middle Road, in Colchester, VT, and will judge 4 classes. Everyone will then proceed to the Champlain Valley Exposition grounds, 105 Pearl Street, Essex Junction. From the Pearl Street entrance take an immediate right and go to the VT State Building — go past the cow barn and head to the brick building past the fair offices.

12- and 13-year-olds and Seniors will prepare and deliver 2 sets of oral reasons. 12- and 13-year-olds may use notes for their reasons; Seniors must memorize them.

Divisions (all ages as of January 1, 2025): Junior 8/9; Junior 10/11; Junior 12/13; Senior 14 and over. There are NO Cloverbud or Novice Senior divisions.

• Cost is $5 per person.
• Rosette ribbons will be awarded for each division through 10th place. All others will receive a blue, red or white Danish ribbon.
• You will need to bring your own lunch and beverages.
• Please bring barn appropriate footwear for the barn and a different pair of clean footwear for the Champlain Valley Exposition building.
