Pack your appetite and let your taste buds explore iconic flavors from across the U.S., with each dining hall spotlighting a different region:

  • New Orleans @ Central Campus Dining: Savor the bold and vibrant tastes of the Big Easy with dishes like Jambalaya, Fried Scallop Po’ Boy, and Cajun Crawdads.
  •  Memphis @ Northside Dining: Indulge in the smoky, slow-cooked flavors of the South, featuring items like Memphis Ribs, BBQ Mac and Cheese, and Southern Cornbread.
  • Miami @ Harris Millis Dining: Experience a fusion of tropical and coastal delights like Coffee-Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Pozole Soup, and the famous Seattle Dog and Burger.
  • Seattle @ Redstone Dining: Enjoy Pacific Northwest-inspired fare like Tuna Steak, Fried Plantains, and a sweet finale of Key Lime Pie.
