Vermont teens are invited to spend the day at a FREE event exploring exciting topics around agriculture and technology through fun, hands-on activities led by other teens! Workshops during the day will allow participants to challenge their thinking by engaging with other high schoolers.

 

Youth presenters will lead workshops about their interests in agriculture and technology.

Examples: cell biology, waste management, healthy soils, precision agriculture, natural

dyes, systems thinking, seedkeeping, sensors, herd health, welding, genetics... The conference is for students age 14–18 / grade 9–12. (Teachers or other adults attending as chaperones will have their own separate activities.)

The conference will be the perfect opportunity for high schoolers to build skills and gain valuable experience. Vermont’s future is in your hands! The conference will highlight the importance of teens learning about sustainable agriculture and introduce how new technologies can help feed Vermont citizens.
